Theme from Cagney and Lacey (weed out the good saxophonists from the bad), Billy Joel's Tell her about it, Blues Brothers version of Gimme some loving and the theme from The naked gun. You asked about our activity, and I never did answer. We are no longer active in the circus business. I was with Kelley Miller about nine years ago, and we took our show out till 2007, then I went back to teaching school (band director) full time. At one point, gopher was needing a Keyboard player, but I don't know what's available at the moment. You can see what we are doing by going to our website at

It all depends on what type of venue and where we are playing. I don't really like to use a lot of popular culture in our shows because it doesn't stand up to time very well. I am very traditional with my personal listening music. I like big band circus marches. caliope is nice but gets annoying after a while. My favorite circus music is the old standard circus marches.
