Ted McRae on Celebrity Circus

Our friend, and Circus Vargas ringmaster, has been selected as one of the judges for Celebrity Circus. Celebrity Circus is a new reality show featuring celebrities performing various circus acts. Check it out. The show premiers on June 11 at 9:30 pm on NBC. It will air every Wednesday, unless preented. I hope I told Ted that he has always been my favorite ringmater. We all wish him well.

Happy Birthday, Clowns!!!

Happy First of May, and Happy Birthday to all clowns! We hope you're celebrating as we are. We're having ourselves a great big party at the circus to honor and celebrate our clowns. Since I am a clown ( maybe not as good as others - but I am good looking; eye candy, if you will.) I will also be celebrating myself. Best Wishes to all. VeeKay

We Saw the Freaks and the Freaks are Us!

Greetings to everyone, and Happy New Year! I hope everyone’s doing well these days. It has been an exciting 2007. Traveled with the circus, performed in several shows with Chuy and his cousin Larry Gomez. Last year, Larry, Chuy’s cousin, and I were cast in a movie titled “Freakshow.” The movie was produced by The Asylum Studios in Hollywood, directed by Drew Bell and filmed with the same background set used for “Carnivale.” Freakshow was released on January 30, 2007. Sideshow Documentary

Next week a film crew is coming to do a documentary on Chuy, his family, and me our lives growing up in sideshows. It'll be fun. It will also be a follow up on ther documentary from the BBC called, "It's Not Easy Being a Wolf Boy." We'll keep you posted. Please rmember that May 1st. is "All Clowns Birthday."

Coulrophobia is a real phobia. It is the fear of clown. But are those who claim to be afraid of clowns, or hate clowns, real?
