Here's a hypothetical situation: A person creates a routine which he performers for many years on circus and other venues. One day someone comes along and put the routine in writing in script form and sends it out to other clowns, but does not give the creator credit for the routine. People receiving the script think that the writer is the creator of the routine. My understanding is that once it is in writing, with no credit, it's consider now "Public Domain."

Princess Elayne Kramer will be on the Ellen Degeneres Show, June 27, 2009 on TBS.
Check your local listing. She is incredible! Among the nest contortionist in the world.
Recently, Elayne won 2nd. place at the Moscow Circus Festival.

The O.C. Super Fair is coming around again. This year the fair will run from July 10 to August 9, 2009. The theme is “Think Big.” And I am happy to say that I’ll be back for another season. I am not sure how things will go, since these time around it’ll be a whole new fair, including new buildings and exhibitions.
Weird Al will have his own exhibit, which promises to be the most amazing journey through Al’s brain you’ll ever experience.

How's everyone doing this new year?
We are still hanging on, and so far it has began as a good year.
Circus Vargas is doing well. Chuy is happy traveling in Spain with Gran Circo Royal where he is regarded as a superstar.
I have return as Circus Vargas' fronting clown, and enjoying it, even in the rain.

Most of you know Chantel's independent film "Something Is Killing Tate" is doing great at the film Festivals nationwide. Here's how you can see a trailer and vote to help us get yet another award. Our friend, and Circus Vargas ringmaster, has been selected as one of the judges for Celebrity Circus.
Celebrity Circus is a new reality show featuring celebrities performing various circus acts.
Check it out. The show premiers on June 11 at 9:30 pm on NBC. It will air every Wednesday, unless preented.
I hope I told Ted that he has always been my favorite ringmater.

Greetings to everyone, and Happy New Year!
I hope everyone’s doing well these days. It has been an exciting 2007. Traveled with the circus, performed in several shows with Chuy and his cousin Larry Gomez.
Last year, Larry, Chuy’s cousin, and I were cast in a movie titled “Freakshow.” The movie was produced by The Asylum Studios in Hollywood, directed by Drew Bell and filmed with the same background set used for “Carnivale.”

Next week a film crew is coming to do a documentary on Chuy, his family, and me our lives growing up in sideshows.
It'll be fun. It will also be a follow up on ther documentary from the BBC called, "It's Not Easy Being a Wolf Boy."

Coulrophobia is a real phobia. It is the fear of clown. But are those who claim to be afraid of clowns, or hate clowns, real?

Let me get a jump on May 1st. and invite everyone to celebrate May First as "All Clowns Birthday" AKA "The International Day of the Clown."
For those of you who do not know, clowns are born on May 1st., that's why rooky clowns are knwon as "First of May."
